A couple of weeks ago, I received a pretty interesting call from the marketing team at Lacoste… Their proposition? Come to New York to see the Lacoste spring-summer 2013 collection during Fashion Week and meet with Lacoste’s Creative Director Felipe Oliveira Baptista, one on one! Difficult to say no…

So I said yes… and I’m leaving this today (right after Montreal Fashion week) for a couple of days of fashion fun in the Big Apple! Just to let you in on my schedule, Lacoste’s fashion show will be presented on Saturday September 8th at 10am and my interview with Felipe Oliveira Baptista is scheduled on that same afternoon. To finish off this great day, I will go to dinner with Lacoste’s Canada CEO, Dominique Bouchard.

Last season, I had seen the Lacoste show and I have to say I was pretty impressed by Felipe Oliveira Baptista’s work to make Lacoste trendier and more feminine. If you hadn’t seen the collection, here are a few of my favourite looks…

So if you want to see the first pictures of the collection, and my whole day with the Lacoste team, you can follow me on TwitterFacebook or, if you have Instagram, my account is @lolittalandoy. Can’t wait to tell you all about it!

Lolitta xx

p.s. The Lacoste x FashionIsEverywhere collab doesn’t stop right there… When the SS-13 collection arrives in the Montreal showroom, I’ll select and style my favourite pieces that will then be sold in the Montreal flagship store in the spring!!
