For this 2nd Who Wore It Better feature, I’m going for the Balmain white halter cropped top that Gwen Stefani wore last week at The Bling Ring premiere in Los Angeles! She completed her look with a wide metallic belt and baggy leather pants. Rihanna had worn the same top a few months earlier, with a skinnier metallic belt and leather pants.
