After reading everything there was to read about the inauguration weekend, I’m wondering what was more popular: Barack Obama’s actual assermentation or the First Lady’s fashion choices… and bangs!
Personally, I think the new hairdo looks pretty good on her. Stylish, young, yet classic and elegant, but to be honest, I think there was a little too much fuss about it. Even the President joked about it… calling it the most significant event of the weekend!

Michelle Obama finished things off with a bang (pun intended) when she appeared on the stage with this stunning halter-neck ruby custom gown with velvet details.
I don’t know if the President had seen Michelle’s dress before she joined him on stage, but he looked very pleased with his wife’s choice. You can judge for yourself in this video of their first dance… my favourite moment of the whole weekend!
